蛋黄和糖打至变稍微白


蛋白和糖（糖分三次加入），打至变硬性发泡


硬性发泡


加入面糊内拌


倒入烤摸中


170C~ 40-45 分钟。


特别注意：将烤摸倒扣，直到蛋糕完全冷欲

幸福小厨房 。Chocolate Muffin

Material：Muffin Flour 500g, 4 large eggs,
Milk 100cc, Butter 150g

Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Fahrenheit.

Remember of flour screening for remove lumps...

Beat in 4 eggs, one at a time, into the butter and flour.

Fill the muffin tins about 2/3 full.
Chocolate Muffin more large expansion if compare with Vanilla Muffin。

Bake the muffins at 180 degrees Fahrenheit for about 20 to 25 minutes.
Cool on wire racks.

Tis red wine good tasting with sweet not bitter taste, only Rm35++.
