This is Chiffon Cake not Sponge Cake




蛋黄和糖打至变稍微白


蛋白和糖(糖分三次加入),打至变硬性发泡


硬性发泡


加入面糊内拌


倒入烤摸中


170C~ 40-45 分钟。


特别注意:将烤摸倒扣,直到蛋糕完全冷欲

幸福小厨房 。Chocolate Muffin


Material:Muffin Flour 500g, 4 large eggs,
Milk 100cc, Butter 150g


Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Fahrenheit.

Remember of flour screening for remove lumps...

Beat in 4 eggs, one at a time, into the butter and flour.



Fill the muffin tins about 2/3 full.
Chocolate Muffin more large expansion if compare with Vanilla Muffin。

Bake the muffins at 180 degrees Fahrenheit for about 20 to 25 minutes.
Cool on wire racks.
